I think she's done a decent job as SoS and has done a great job isolating herself from Obama's negatives. She's done everything in her power to make sure she was distant from these negatives. And because of this, she has even a lot of those on the Right saying they'd take her over Obama any day. Amazing how someone so polarizing is now "mainstream" compared to what is currently at 1600 Penn Ave.

While I agree that part of that shift is due to context, also some of it is due to her genuinely taking more neutral and bipartisan stances on things as of late.

You know how politicians change once they get elected though.

She does what it takes to get elected...except for that poor excuse of a campaign in '08. She had her focus on the prize and was not mindful of the upstart sneaking up from behind.

I think she has been a crappy SoS but then most
of the information we get already has media spin
attached as compared to what is actually happening.

Good point though, if Hitlery is perceived as a

Hillary would have been awful, but I don't think she would have surrounded herself with the same coterie of hacks that Obama has.
