Fiction. Ghosts aren't real, no matter how many people trick themselves into thinking they are.

I am not calling anyone a liar, but anyone who thinks they have seen/had a dealing with a demon has probably had their mind play a trick on them, or are unaware of some natural explanation.

If all that is the case, it seems rather far-fetched there hasn't been any documented evidence of angels, demons, or visiting loved ones.

Doesn't look that scary :ermm: Just looks like another special effects piece that is overblown

as far as them visiting loved ones, i don't think it happens more than once. idk, my brother has a story about my granddad that really freaked him out. but he was the last one to talk to him, and he's the one that found him(he had a heart attack). my brother was 15 at the time and the day he died, that nite my brother said he visited him. he swears up and down he was awake and our granddad was standing at the door. freaked him out big time

This was actually pretty good. As far as the Blair Witch goes, I thought the only scary part was at the end where the guy was in the corner of the room, mumbling or whatever.

This is as close as a movie has come to scaring me since I was 5 (Candyman....I still hate that movie).

The only thing that kinda irked me is they had an alternative ending that would have made it a billion times better, but they changed it. It's still great, though.

I want to see this as it is being billed as the scariest film in what was it 20 years? But it is not playing in any of my theatres on the fandango site....

I saw this tonight and I enjoyed it overall. Quite impressive considering the budget. The movie grinds out and gets creepier and creepier leading up to the end. It's not really a scary movie but it sticks with you. You more than likely won't enjoy this if you didn't enjoy the Blair Witch Project. I thought this film succeeded where the Blair Witch Project failed.

The only negative for me was the ending, which just didn't fit with the movie. The Alternate Ending sounds alot better.

Well, I enjoyed both of the Blair witch movies. I hate scary movies so this will probably scare the stuff out of me....

This.

I was pissed when I read about the alternate ending. It sounded so much better, and I think it fit the tone of the movie so much more.

Assuming they put it on the DVD, I'll probably rent/buy it just to see that ending.
