No offense to the WK HC but if we don't at least talk to Peterino, Davis, Mora and Tressel first I'm going to throw my hands up and leave.

I see another campus protest in the future, with someone else being chased out of town. If we have sank that far down the list.

Folks this program is in extreme trouble. We haven't seen the worse yet....but we're about to.

OK I resisted until now but I can't take it anymore. Dave Hart has screwed the pooch. He acted way to cocky at the Dooley presser about getting another coach and thought he could just wave a few million dollars in the air and coaches would come flocking to Knoxville. Hart mentioned over and over that this isn't his first big hire but truth is he has never made a "big hire" in fact the last fb coach he hired was at East Carolina in 1989. Hiring a bk coach at Florida State isn't the same as hiring a fb coach at Tennessee. We should have made David Blackburn the AD and hopefully after this he will be. Welcome to the wrong side of the fan base Mr Hart you've earned it. I apologize to everyone that I told to chill out and let Dave Hart make a hire before panicking. Someone besides Hart needs to take over this search before it's to late.

I know this program is in trouble but thats ridiculous. there is no one on here that could make a case that we are low enuf to go after western kentuckys coach. Even if its not true it was just spoken out loud on nat'l tv. WE HAVE OFFICIALLY ENTERED THE TWILIGHT ZONE.

USF has by what I heard has been in contact with Taggert.

It's Taggart and he's a damn good coach. I would take him in a heartbeat compared to what's left. He's very young and probably not ready for the SEC but given our options I say sign him up.

Please: Taggart would be a joke. A 35-year old who is 16-20 in the sun belt, at western Kentucky? And people say we can't hire Chavis? Virtual reality.

If he's a damn good coach why is he still at western ky. He's young means no exp. Prob not ready for SEC....WE PLAY IN THE SEC! Exactly what we dont need. FWIW we are prob not what he needs either.
