Is it just me or was that game out of kilter with home team having considerbaly more calls go against them. I always thought home team got the cookin. We had 10 fouls to their 7 last time i looked. About 3 of those were atrocious!

So much for home court advantage with our fan base as well; we have the least amount of energy from our crowds to ever watch sporting events.. SAD!!! Stand up and make some noise and enjoy being part of the game vol "fans". I don’t want to hear about we have nothing to cheer about either. The crowd stared at the court from open tip ZERO and I do mean ZERO enthusiasm.. No electricity during the game except when the coaches and players start waving their arms for them to get up. Go Vols ..Wake up Vol fans!

I was there and there wasn't much to cheer about until the last 30 seconds of the game.

were you not a VOLS vs Gators basketball? The players feed of the fans electicity. MAy be a little more energy from the fans and the players wouldn't have a slow start. You should visit other games the fans are actually in the game before the tip.:yahoo:

Florida got most of the big calls, but UT still pulled it out! UT always gets hosed by the SEC refs.

Pearl is one of the least liked coaches in the conference. It is painfully obvious.

I wish it were not the case. I think we may do better in the NCAAs when the refs have no reason to try to screw him.

I never use the ref excuse and haven't noted any badly officiated games this season before today. This game, however, was definitely poorly called. I think I noted no less than 6 calls in the second half that were immediately and clearly verified by the Jumbotron as incorrect.

this could not be more true. K-state even puts our fans to shame.

Its because the people who own season tickets (along the sideline) are about 50+ years old and wealthy. It's hard to get jazzed when old women are telling you to sit down bc they can't see. Also the fact our students are put BEHIND the goal is atrocious. Look at Duke. their students are right there on the sidelines where our high price season ticket holders are. It's all about money.

The last 3 games for TN have been unquestionably unfairly officiated.

you're right. 3 straight games. and before that i thought things had been OK. So, what gives???? Slive probably wants UK to win the SEC. Like Florida and Alabama officiating in football
