I don't have a problem with forward thinking to various contingencies but the term "environmental justice" as it relates to Homeland Security is a bit troubling.

Likewise, the rational that the coast guard needs to contend with rising sea levels seems a bit premature. It's not like the sea is going to rise significantly in any reasonable time frame (e.g. next 10-15 years). Hard to imagine you need serious planning for such an event.

industrial armies
forfeiture of wealth and property by emigres
progressive taxation
exclusive banking monopoly
abolition of national borders

and so on. Marx was a pretty scary dude
