I think he can get another 1800-2000 yards this season and pass Francis, JG and Kelly. Might make a run at Dobbs if we make the playoffs and play both games.

He didn't even start every game last season. Would love to have him another year or two, but I'll take what we got so far and be very grateful.

It always kinds surprises me to see Clausen at #2. If you would asked me without seeing this list, I would've had Clausen behind Ainge and Bray.

I Just remember Clausen for being a tough dude who won not so much a big time passer

Wonder what kind of numbers Hooker would have had under Heupel for 3-4 years? Probably been a lot.

Would have made a run at Peyton for sure.

Surprisingly though, his season last year is only 10th for passing yards. Of course he didn't start the first 2-3 games, so that partially explains it.

Also it's easy to forget that Heupel also emphasizes the run.

Clausen, the number is more a factor of him starting fairly early in his freshman year. I think he took over the reins, what 4-5 games in didn't he? Of course he had some injuries there or he very well have made a run at PM.

Dude was stone cold clutch though, gotta give him that.

It was a little different then. Fullbacks, two to three tight ends every play, and more focus on NFL style concepts.
Peyton in today's world would have been untouchable passing stat-wise.
