Great pointIf Milton puts up numbers anywhere near to Hooker than Heupel will have the reputation as the QB whisperer. That would be two QBs who failed at other programs Heupel turned into rockstars. If that happens we will be able to pick all the elite QBs we want just like Lincoln Riley did at Oklahoma.

It’s hard not to see him having a better year than Will Levis and Anthony Richardson did in ‘22, and he’s got all the tools those guys have or more. He’s Tim Tebow with an elite arm.Guys…. You think there’s a lot of draft buzz on Hendon now?? Imagine Joe next year. He’s 6’5 245 and can throw 80 yards. Joe will be a top 5 pick

If he has a better season than Hooker, he'll win the Heisman. If Joe somehow has a better season than Hooker and displays good pocket mobility, going through reads, and delivering the ball accurately, then I could definitely see him in the top 5-10 range.
Caleb Williams and Drake Maye are the top 2 QB prospects and I really like Penix from UW. But Milton’s traits are essentially Cam Newton size with a Josh Allen cannon.
I like the Lincoln comparison since they had 3 transfer QB’s get drafted back to back to back. Hopefully, unlike Riley, we can get a defense that can actually not be a hindrance.
If he has a better year than Hooker in ‘22, he’ll be the #1 pick. He’ll likely be upper first round even with just a decent year. Age is the only knock. If Joe somehow has a better season than Hooker and displays good pocket mobility, going through reads, and delivering the ball accurately, then I could definitely see him in the top 5-10 range.

All he has to do is be as average as Anthony Richardson was and NFL casuals will googoogaga over him like he never existed before January 2024.If Milton puts up numbers anywhere near to Hooker than Heupel will have the reputation as the QB whisperer. If he can go down into the swamp and handle business and then take care of Bama at their trailer park then he's definitely a top 5 pick. Now if he doesn't then the Georgia game won't even matter because he's prob not the starter at that point,I don't see Heupel leaving him in if hrs already messed up those 2 games I mentioned...I’d like to think so. It’s going to also depend on how he plays in the Bama/Georgia games. We shall see.
