If you look at the Bama boards it's just doom and gloom (as expected after a game like last night). They are spending a lot time talking about the players talent being the only thing keeping them afloat, coaching starting to drop off even from Saban and especially from their coordinators. Saban hates the NIL thing and does not want to adjust to it. He seems to have lost some control over his play callers and his team looks undisciplined and seems to be on a steady decline. They have been one of the best recruiting teams for as long as I can remember.
Recruits need to start paying attention and stop going for the Bama hype. We are outcoaching them in a big way. Our players are amazing and I love them but we didn't recruit an entire team of 5 stars like Bama. We are doing a lot more with a lot less. Our coaches are doing something with our player's talent. Are Bama's coaches doing that too? I don't think so. Not anymore. They are being propped up by 5 stars. Imagine if we had those 5 stars? We'd be unstoppable...and we might still be even without them.
