NOT

Butch Jones’ road debut: At least Tennessee won’t have to face Oregon again anytime soon. Jones’ first road game as the Vols’ coach produced their worst beating in modern history. The 59-14 drubbing could have been worse, but the Ducks mercifully took their foot off the gas pedal late in the third quarter. It was a reminder that Oregon is off-the-charts good and Tennessee still has a long way to go before being ready to swim in those waters.

Can't be said enough

True. Still a long way to go, but now's not the time for pissin' & moanin' and playing armchair QB or wannabe coach. Just gotta support the team and CBJ and trust that it's headed in the right direction.

This Oregon game and it's repeated posts are like getting fired on Saturday and you get a call from your former boss for the next five days telling you that you're fired.

No offense OP but we have to move forward.

That game means absolutely nothing. I'm proud of our administration for not buying the game out and our coaches and players preparing for the best team in college football. They played hard, but what do you expect? Go Vols. I love seeing us not back down to anyone.

Let's match Oregon up with TAMU and see if they still have a long way to go. Or better yet, throw Clowney out there and let him have at it and see if they say he is no longer a first rounder after he wears out in the 2nd quarter.
