Wow. As a Cougars alum and fan, I am happy to report that was a whopping they put on #23 Tulsa! :rock:

I couldn't believe it. I believe them holding Tulsa to 30 is about as impressive as putting up 70 themselves.

Houston seems to be one of those teams that generally have 1 game a year that has any discussion merit. It's usually that they upset a team, a team having a great season then they run into the perennial spoiler Houston. But..wtg Houston nice effort.

I don't think that they will ever get back to their former selves, the support just isn't there anymore. Under Art Briles, the Cougars at least became respectable again. However, I was pretty sure that when he jumped ship to Baylor at the end of last season taking Robert Griffin with him that Houston would go back in the tank. Kevin Sumlin has done a nice job, and the team seems to be getting better and better as the season goes on. ECU was ranked as well when they thumped them. This win should get them another bowl game this year. If it weren't for the Hurricane, I think this team would have beaten Air Force and Col. St. and be 8-2.

why Arky held them under 30 And has the worst D in the SEC. Tulsa has the worst D on earth.
