How about Bill O'Brien

Where did you get that from? An espn insider article just yesterday said that he has a 9.2 million dollar buyout

I guess I was wrong about that. I thought they said he was free to leave after the sancations. Sorry about that. He is still doing a good job.

He can't say what he's said about Penn State, then go leave after a year.

He's there long term. He knows he's got the administration's support for a while and I think he wants to build Penn State back up.

He ain't leaving Penn State for anything but the NFL.
Sure about that? About his future at Penn State: Jones was simply asking if he would be the coach at Penn State next season.

"You guys gave legs last week to a story that... there's no story there. Y'know, I'm focused on one game at a time. I'm focused on this football team. That's not something that I even think about. I think about that I'm the head football coach at Penn State. And I'm looking forward to getting this team ready for Wisconsin," O'Brien said. Jones: "It's a yes or no question." O'Brien: "It might be for you. For me, it's Wisconsin. And this football team and this senior class. That's where I think the questions should be directed: Indiana. The senior class. Getting ready for Wisconsin." Jones: "Well, that's gonna sound to the fans like you're noncommittal." O'Brien: "I'm the head football coach at Penn State. I love coaching here. And I can't get back to work on Monday and get ready for Wisconsin."

Prototypical answer from someone who coached for the Pats.

I really like O'Brien, but I am all in for Gruden.

If not Gruden, we could do a lot worse than O'Brien.
