How are the coaches selected for the all-star games?

Just curious, with the all-star games such as the Under Armour and Army games, how do they pick the coaches for those games?

It would seem like a huge recruiting advantage to have your coach in one of those games or do they use pro or high school coaches?

That makes the most sense. I'm sure Kiffin would love to coach one of those games. He would come away with a few new commitments if he could.

ha ha...i bet a lot of University's would be pretty upset if a FBS coach got to coach in the game.
