At the end of last season LSU is trying to fit Les Miles. Through some mirical he keeps his job yet LSU gets the 3 ranked recruiting class. What's wrong with this picture? How does this happen? Has it ever happens before, anywhere? Sorry if this was covered in the past.

Because just about every kid in Louisiana wants to go to LSU and they have ridiculous high school talent down there.

Sorry for off topic
I thought this was on topic as TN recruits aginst LSU and we play then next year. Got here by thinking how unfair we get AL and LSU both next year.
In the Fulmer years we got the best players from that state. Now a defunct coach gets them.
I Would be happy to delete this or move it if I knew how.

Kids that play at LSU are treated like rock stars in that city. Compare that to Knoxville where the local cops and businesses seem to enjoy harassing football players when they are out. All the local benefits for football players seemed to go out the window when Fulmer was fired.

i.e. You can rape, pillage, and plunder in Baton Rouge with very little, if any, fear of recourse if you are a football player.

Saban being hired at LSU changed their recruiting fortunes forever. Thank him for that.

As far as our rotating Western Division opponent goes, we seem to always get the short end of that stick.

Tennessee basically has to field the number one team in the country to outright win the SEC. We face UF, UGA & UA in the first half of EVERY SEASON. The we usually get another top ranked west team as well. Then we will have to beat Saban again for the league title in Atlanta. Which only then would allow us the opportunity to play two more games against the top ranked teams in the nation to win the National Title.

Sounds easy enough, right?

I mean kind of. UT has had 2 players wrongly accused of rape or assault these past 2 years and both were immediately suspended. FSU kept Winston playing while the unveristy did their investigation. I've seen a few UT players kicked out of bars for drinking because a bartender knew they were underclassmen. Also saw 3 players try to jump line to get into a club one Saturday night after a game. Someone told the bouncer who freaked out and threw them out. I told them they could cut me in line but one of the guys said "thanks man but we're just going to head back to the apt and drink there". That stuff doesn't happen in places like Baton Rouge and Tuscaloosa.
