How do you get them ready for Georgia?

The way it looks right now is if Mizzou owned the line of scrimmage, Georgia will set up picnic tables on it! If I were Heupel, I would show the team the Tyson/Douglas fight. NO ONE gave Buster Douglas a chance in hell to beat Iron Mike, but he was motivated. And he got it done! They're going to need a special kind of motivation, or it will be a beatdown of epic proportions.

UGA is the type of matchup I hate...strong and deep on both sides of the trenches.

The way the Mizzou game went is the way I had expected the UGA game to go...I expected UGA to run on us and smother our running game (did not expect that out of Mizzou).

The way to keep a game like UGA close is to maybe try to control the clock and we know JH won't do that no matter what. If we can't get a little creative in the run game, be willing to run some clock then I see it getting away from us in a hurry. Also, I'd completely sell out on defense....also something I know we won't be willing to do.

I say there is a 50/50 chance we don't see the endzone

You never know....UGA has to be looking ahead to the Ga Tech match up. Tougher game I suspect.

UGA's game plan requires that the opposition score only 21 points or less. That's their comfort zone and they only struggle in games where teams score more than that. So, score more than that.

How? I think the Vols could/should take more chances at the end zone UGA least expects it. ie, if it's second down and one yard to go? Instead of running it up the middle, use the cannon of an arm on our qb and go for the end zone or 60 yards.

Go for INTs when UGA goes for a short yardage pass that's out wide.

Have the safeties play their position and not be overly influenced by Brock Bowers. Bowers get's in the head of other coaches, so while they contain him, everything else is vulnerable and those positions score. Just watch yesterday's UGA game and you'll see what I mean.

I'd prepare plays that go deep more often and then run Milton after the defense is stretched. Milton is very quick and can cover a lot of ground.

Not sure I have the heart to watch. Will consult my cardiologist this week but, I think I know what she'll advise.
You just invite her over to your house on game day and go nuts. Tell her she should anticipate need to reboot your heart at least once. You be you.

Oh, you know how medical equipment and appointments all cost insane amounts of money that aren't negotiable? Send her a bill after she leaves.

"used two napkins, that's $940.00"
2 drinks, that's $250,000.
Entree and 2 sides - $543,000

Next week is a tuneup game for Georgia gettin ready for the SEC championship and the playoffs.

I say let Milton ride it out (there is next to zero chance of winning and no point in getting Nico hurt for no reason) and maybe let Nico get some playing time in whatever toilet bowl Tennessee goes to

Or show them the 1st half of 2023 Bama game.

It's a mystery.

Last year ga went through the motions til they almost lost to mizzou. Same thing this year and now they're turning it on now that it's close to postseason. Not gonna be pretty next Saturday I'm afraid.

Some of you are pansies and it shows. We have a home winning streak going back a ways. You look to continue that. Georgia is good in the trenches, no getting past that. A&M was also good in the trenches and yet we clipped them. First thing we have to do is clean up ball security. Make Georgia beat you and don’t defeat yourself. This team is a different team at home.

Well. We have won 14 straight games in Neyland. You have to hope Heupel can get this Jekyl and Hyde team up for the last big home game of the season to keep the streak going.

I do think the crowd will factor in and help us in some form or fashion.

Heupel can’t salvage the season now that we are out of the running for the East. But you would hope spoiling UGA’s season and ending their streak plus extending ours would be enough.

The only chance we have at winning is if Heupel calls an aggressive game.

Defense has to get off the field on 3rd down.

If we play like we did last night, the game is over by halftime.

You gotta have the weapons to work with. I'm going hunting this year and taking my new piece. What are my chances of bagging a nice buck?

Got to think out of the box. You fire those disc things down its throat and hope it chokes. Much the same analogy with Georgia we need them to somewhat choke in a hostile environment
