I have Charter for TV only and it's not reliable, but that's going to be an issue depending on what runs down your street and how far you're located from their amplifier. Alternatively, the telephone provider has a fiber line running by the house. I want to switch over, but the sports tier on the Charter CTV includes all of the ESPN networks, but the telco on the fiber bundles several of the TV channels with the highest cost package. Depending on what you watch, high speed internet plus Netflix might be your best option. In general though, Charter is like the rest of the cable companies... they suck and don't care a lot about their customers because they've had virtually no competition for 35 years.
