New to your board and really like it. Just thought I would see how the Vol Nation see the AU and TN match up playing out.

this bammer Vol is not looking forward to Aubie paying a visit. Our D has not been able to do much against the run. You guys with the Cadillac and the Hummer may give us some trouble. OTOH, I believe we can score more points than LSU, even with two 18yo QBs. This game may turn out with a score similar to last year. Here's hoping the Vols have the 28 this time!!

Around the bowl and down the hole, roll tahd roll. :flush:

I think that will depend on whether or not we can get our run defense in gear in 2 weeks.

Trust me, anybody who knows football and wears orange and blue is worried sick about UT. The talent that is in Knoxville every year would make any one worry. If Cambell does not play as well or better, we are in trouble, but if he does, our run game will be hard to stop.

Auburn is a very good team when they don't turn the ball over. Sometimes they are even when they do.

I think that the only team they didn't have multiple turnovers against last season was Tennessee?

If both teams play up to potential ... it should be a real knock down, drag out ballgame !! Tigers beware, it's another night game ... Neyland will be ROCKIN' !!!!!

I don't think he can play as well as he did last year. Right?

No kidding! I think that was the game of his career. I think Campbell is better than he gets credit for. The poor guy has had to endure at least 3 different offensive coordinators in his career. That has to be a little disconcerting.

My thinking is, if he can just control the ball and not turn it over, then he will give Caddy,Hummer, and the defense a chance to win the ball game. Alot of if's huh? That's why they play the games I guess.

The NCAA's Team Stats & Rankings are only updated as of 9/18 right now, but both teams played patsies today, so it probably shouldn't effect things much.

I am definitely worried about this one. I hope our d can step up. I don't want to see a replay of last year.

I don't think anyone of us have to worry about the defenses, but how well the offense will execute is what worries me. I hope you all enjoy the game, and maybe the game won't be decided by some stupid penalty by either team. Again, good luck and BYE-GOD let's get it on!!!

I disagree, I think our offense will be fine and actually win the game. It's the D that has to step up and especially our secondary.

Remember one thing about our kicking game: Colquit has had 54.5% of his punts inside the twenty and is averaging -5 yrds per return. Which makes for a long feild
