the earlier report was that he had surgery planned at the mayo clinic to repair nerve damage and that type of injury has a long road to recovery to get back to 100% . Inky was supposedly one of the most popular players on the team, among the coaches, players, managers, etc. He wasn't offered by any other major schools and always felt grateful to play at UT and Chavis loved the guy cause he was such an overachiever. Real shame he got injured.

He will be back no doubt in my mind. He has a big heart and a warriors mentality and he will make it back.

It will a very emotional when he runs through the T again.

I'd really, really love for him to be back but i doubt he will. If his injury was even just a little worse he could have had his arm amputated. I think with nerve damage, he's done. I really really hope not but I think he is.
