A head of household of four making minimum wage in America has more disposable income than a two-parent household of four earning $60,000 a year.

How???

I don't know... the two parent household is in a $200,000 house they are upside down on, and the single parent minimum wage family is homeless?

some of those numbers are stretching it. I'd be more concerned with discretionary anyway

Not sure about the rest of the calculations but the Sec 8 subsidy numbers are wrong. As income goes up the amount of Sec 8 subsidy that is received will go down.

The payroll and federal income tax liability of the $60,000 household is also inflated by at least $1,500.

Also, all of those subsidies do not lead to money in hand (i.e. disposable income), the only ones that they would have access to spend like cash are TANF and Food Stamps.

Can you simply stack all of those assistance programs based on actual earned income? Or does the receipt of some assistance qualify as income, thus reducing eligibility for other assistance programs? I don't know, I'm just asking.

You can stack but it depends on eligibility, everyone of those programs has different requirements.

From my experience, the key is to get your kids diagnosed with a disability, that way the SSB will come in for them and will continue as long as they live in your house. That won't count against your income either.
