How many games do y'all think Alabama will win in 2014?

How many games do y'all think Alabama will win in 2014? I think Alabama has a rare down season and goes 9-3,finishing third in the SEC West. I think Alabama loses to Ole Miss,LSU and Auburn.

Alabama has lost quite a lot of players off of last season's team. This will be a bit of a rebuilding season. Alabama will probably go to either the Outback or Cotton Bowl.

We lose a bunch of players every year. We have more quality depth than just about anyone else in the country.

Had the playoff existed, Bama would have made it in 5 of the past 6 seasons regardless of roster turnover.

I don't think they'll be AS GOOD, but still better than just about everybody else. I'm guessing they'll have another 2010 type year, something like 9-3 or 10-2.

West Virginia in the opening game will be a good opponent to get every qb some playing time. Alabama should know who the guy will be going into game two.

Having an experienced QB certainly can't hurt. And he's coming from an offensive system that isn't all that different from what he'll find in Tuscaloosa. I'm not jumping to any conclusions, because I've never seen the guy play in anything but garbage time, but he's received raves from his coaches at FSU, especially about his leadership in the locker room. We need some of that after losing McCarron.

That position is worth a game or 2 either way with that team IMO.
If they find a threat they can win out. If they have a guy they have to protect I see 10 maybe 11.

We are absolutely loaded at RB.

I think Derrick Henry will get more carries than Yeldon as the year goes on.

There's also Kenyan Drake, assuming he can stay out of the doghouse. Altee Tenpenny is in house, and 5-star Bo Scarbrough will be arriving this Summer.

They also have the best class in the nation coming in, and last years best class in the nation are there sophmores, and the best class before that is there juniors....I think get the picture.

Despite that, I still think you may be right about 9-3. Not sure the third game is ole miss though.

Saban is still there so minimum of 10 wins. I highly doubt Auburn gets lucky twice in a row. LSU is not going to be as good as they have been. Ole Miss has not shot. TAMU lost Mike Evans. I look for them to possibly go undefeated.
