Arkansas has now lost 3 home games to Morgan State, East Tennessee and today South Alabama.

How much longer does Pelphrey have (not that I particularly care)?

I wouldn't be making plans to be in Fayetteville for the '10-'11 season if I were him.

Cant be too much longer. He's not pulling in recruits like the rest of the SEC and he's not taking care of the easy games like SEC teams are supposed to. I love him because he's a KY guy, but he needs to turn things around because his days are numbered in ARK.

We, thus far as a conference, have losses to Cornell, ETSU, Morgan State, UAB, Wofford, Central Florida, NC State, Rider, and finally Richmond. How could this be, MHF?

In fairness, Cornell and Morgan State will probably be in the NCAA Tournament. I won't be surprised if Richmond makes it, as well.

That's true, but if you are an SEC team, you should beat these teams at home.

Pelphrey is proof that change isnt always better. Stan Heath I thought was making strdes. He at least got Arkansas to the dance. Pelphrey hasnt even got the bus pass to go to the store to shop for a tuxedo to wear to the dance.

Pelphry only has 8 players right now. They had some issues during the off season and he suspended five or six guys. Some of them will be back in a game or two, some after the break.

I think the suspensions will buy him a little time with the fans, but next year had better be golden or he is gone.

Don't kid yourself. Stan Heath is incompetent.

Go back and read what I posted. I never said "the SEC will win all of it's non conference games" I said the conference would be significantly better than last year.

If someone wants to be a sportswriter, you would think that multiple players being suspended for rape allegations might end up in their story about a basketball team wouldn't you? I guess a lawyer would say that is relevant information...

I am still correct about the SEC being much better this year, and you are dead wrong if you think only 3 teams will make the tourney. Continue to try to be negative if you want, Alabama may be able to get it together, putting them in the group I talked about playing below potential. Sidney comes to Misss State and they are a top 25 team IMO.

UF, Vanderbilt, Ole Miss, UK, TN and MS. State? Wow...could be a great year even if USC ends up in the NIT with Alabama and LSU, Auburn, UGA and Arkansas end up doing worse than that.

I don't think he finishes the season. Those suspended players are his responsibility.

As always, you are completely wrong. The SEC is somewhat better than last year, but there is no logical reason to predict 6 teams in the tournament. At this point, there is reason to believe two teams will make it. You continue to rely your constant uneducated predictions on a one-game performance. At most, the SEC will have four teams in the tournament. Forget about how great MS. State will be if and when one player becomes available.

To be fair Pelphrey got Arkansas further in the dance than Stan ever did.
