7-9 wins per season, which would be very good. Cut and Freeze showed what can be done. Results were similar with and without overt pay to play.

By year three he will have it rolling. Not sure what the ceiling is, but I can see a 9-10 win season, then getting a mega job.

He'll have them competitive in the west regularly and bowl eligible. He won't have any NCAA sanctions and leave to replace Saban when he retires in another 4-5 years.

The real question is will beat beat CJP to the punch to be the first Saban assistant to beat him?

I expect that he will win and win big there after a season or two.
He couldn't consistently win at USC. I think he will get them bowl eligible in most years but that is a tough division. I don't think Alabama, Auburn, LSU or even Texas A&M have anything to worry about. 7-5, 6-6 in most years.

He was dealing with the penalties imposed by the NCAA. He was incredibly short on scholarship players.

He'll do just enough at Ole Miss that his bandwagon fans will be talking about what a great hire he is for Alabama and he will continue their decline when he gets that job.
