Been? Wow! Points everywhere. I think we would’ve rolled, and put up points left and right on anyone in these semifinal games. I would’ve loved to watch it.

I think TCU's defensive plan was to let Michigan tire themselves out scoring - and then have one stop and win the game. Sure hope they don't play the rush 3 and play prevent with the rest of the defense against Georgia - Georgia will score 100, we would have scored 150.

I don’t know. Our O was good, but certainly not great. Those playoffs teams don’t have a frosh QB who doesn’t know how to check down or get rid of the ball under pressure.

If we had Hook, Hyatt, and Tillman — yeah, I like our odds with anyone in a shootout, particularly with how our D showed out. But - if I’m being honest - I’m not sure if we would have won in the playoffs. I wish we had a chance to see though.

I would have loved the high scoring from the offense but we would've had this forum filled with the fire Banks and Martinez posts all off season long from the other team scoring. So, I'll take the Orange bowl victory to start the new year off on a good note. GBO!

No - - I refuse to get overly excited by our well fought season and really nice bowl win. However I watch the 2 games yesterday played by four really good teams. The only team I have seen to put with them (as bad as I dislike saying it!) is Bama. We are just not quite there yet. Little thin in first line players, and not quite even across the board talent wise. Setting these negatives aside, could you imagine if one of these teams got the same quality of play from their guys as our guys have displayed? (TCU may be close to what I am saying) One thought, I think we could do well against TCU, there is just something about them that says they are, like us, overachievers who's talent level is more closely the same as ours.

You all are forgetting the Tennessee affect. We always either get screwed by the refs. Or the other team plays like an NFL team against us. The four teams that played yesterday were fun to watch right up until OSU gave it away.

If Hooker was healthy and our head screwed on right, I think we could have competed with any of these teams.

With Hooker hurt, I think we would have been in trouble.

I’m pleased with the outcome against Clemson, but the offense does not click as well with Milton vs Hooker.

I've never lost a golf tournament.

It was either the greens sucked or the other guys played like Tiger and Jack.....

If I compared the amount of starts between the two in the CJH offense I would've expected an signficant drop off.

So you think Bama would have been the only team capable of competing with them yet we beat Bama this year? Makes sense

Hmmm. Rope-a-dope strategy?

Making sense as you are advocating has nothing to do with what I suggest. (anyone can lose on a given Saturday) As to the TN/Bama game they lost by 2 feet and we won by 2 feet. We and Clem both lost to S.C. do I think they are a better team than we or Clem, no. What I am saying is I think from the stand point of depth, total squad skill, size, speed and week in week out game planning and excitation, Bama, for the most part, was in a better position to compete. NOW BEFORE YOU GET YOUR FEELINGS HURT - - WE ARE GETTING THERE AGAIN!!!

Kudos to OSU. One, they are super talented. Two, they scouted the heck out of them and obviously found some holes. I’m super Josh was taking notes.

Depends on who we drew. With Hooker and Co, I’d like our chances against Michigan.
