Apparently Coach Sanderson was not on the bench for their game but I'm unsure of any official reason.

Interesting rumor. As I recall Coach Juwan Howard had an "altercation" with another team's coach previously. Maybe this is a pattern?

Not sure if true but i have disliked him since his playing days. Too much of a hothead and holier than thou arse!!
