Let me just say, this is a REAL NICE board ya'll have here. Just from a technical standpoint, this is once of the nicest boards I have come across regardless of message board scope. Not many boards are able to so finely meld the two world of design simplicity/user friendliness and robust user control and features. Great organization too. I can see why it has become so popular. My hats off to the creators and admins.

Anyway.. When Im not cheering on the Hogs, Im cheering on the Vols. I look forward to the day when Tennessee's staff and administrators can restore the football program to it's former glory. What an awesome spectacle Neyland Stadium is when the program is healthy and the team is winning and all the entire Tennessee fanbase has reached that fever pitch of fanaticism.

Well Ill see everyone around. Sorry if there is an intro thread somewhere.. I looked but did not find. :peace2:

Other than Arkansas Fight on Sb Nation, I really don't post on Arkansas boards. There is one dominant Arkansas board which I shall not name that is pretty much the only game in town.. but I find the board a sloppy train wreck in dire need of a complete overhaul. It's organized poorly and the mods are bad about taking the fun out of participation by regularly posting childish threats towards their users in sticky posts.

The other sports board I frequent is goTitans. Great group of folks over there with good mods that are great about keeping order with a good attitude that promotes participation.

A hog fan that will cheer for the vols? I've never met one of those. All my hog buddies hate Tennessee.

Great, Freak left the front door unlocked again. Next thing you know, our TV will be missing and the fridge emptied. :)

Feel free to always stick around the pub, we're nice people, lol. Also, you will get negative posts towards you if you post any pro-Arky stuff in the Football, Recruiting, or Basketball forum no matter what, and the majority of us apologize in advance for the idiots on here.

A thick skin is a prerequisite for awhile, till everyone knows you are cool. Some other teams fans are great, while others are nothing but pond scum lickin trolls. Welcome :hi:

My wife is from Arkansas and the in-laws are hard core hog fans, she now bleeds orange. Hang around OP we'll get you straightened out.

I sure am.. born and raised in central Arkansas. Currently in Little Rock. I know ALL about the Tennessee hate and I get crazy looks when I say that I admire Tennessee's program and call them my "other team" in college football

Ive got one bright orange Vol tshirt that I will wear when Arkansas is in a BYE week or Tennessee has a bowl on a day Arkansas does not. Ive caught a little flak over that too.. haha

There are just a lot of things I like about Tennessee.. GREAT fan base, one of the toughest stadiums in the nation to play in when it's clicking on all cylinders, great culture around the program, and Rocky Top is the best fight song in college ball imo.

Despite this being my first memory of Tennessee really.. I still managed to appreciate the Volunteers :)

I stayed in Hot Springs in the winter time in 93-94 I think.. That place was awesome! I loved seeing the steam roll off the creeks when it was freezing cold out. Welcome aboard wps!

Well I'm down the road from you in Fort Smith. Moved here in 1999.

My wife was raised a piggie. I've converted her. All it took was a trip to Neyland.

I do enjoy going to see the hogs play in Fayetteville. Try and go to see at least one game a year up there.

Beautiful stadium.

Im not really a b-ball fan but I do keep up with scores and whatnot and will watch the games with friends at the bar IF they ever make it to the post season which they have now for the first time in ages. Its good for the whole athletic dept if they win.

Considering what Mike Anderson had to work with, I think he has done a fantastic job this season with the team. Hog basketball has been a dumpster fire ever since all that garbage that happened when Nolan Richardson left.
