i understand wanting to coach at your alma mater, but geez, could we get a little loyalty from Huggins? I mean, he takes the KSU job, vowing to turn it around, brings in all these recruits, and then turns his back on them.

Excactly, he had a great class coming and I bet the recruits are pretty mad. I think it's a step down for him to leave. Kansas State has got some great talent coming in if they still come.

Great for Morgantown and the Big East. If UK fans had any brains they would have been on Huggy like white on rice.

How much do you think Mick Cronin is looking forward to having to face Huggs? This is Nancy Zimpher's worst nightmare.

I was thinking about Ricky P as well. Nancy Zimpher is a two bit ho.
Pitino has a solid team. I'd say he's looking forward to the competition. Cronin, on the other hand, will be going to a sword fight with a butter knife.

Ricky P does have a squad now. He will be very dangerous next year. I know that Rick is one of the best coaches out there, but when I look at him these days I can tell this is not the same Rick that I remember from UK. Maybe age has mellowed him, but for whatever reason I think he has lost some of his competitive edge.

I think his brother in law being killed on 9/11 changed Pitino more than people realize.

Worst moves ever:
Kicking Huggins out
Not signing Andy Kennedy who took a team that shouldn't have even compete in the Big East and gets screwed out of a March Madness bid

:machgun: Nancy Zimpher

Huggins has always been a tool. Does anybody have a link of the dashboard cam video when Huggy got busted for DUI in Cincinnati. That should be good for a laugh!!!

I think that, if the WVU job hadn't opened up, Huggins would have been loyal to Kansas St.

I really can't knock the guy's character on this one...if I were a coach that had just wrapped up my first season at a school, and UT offered me, I'd leave for Rocky Top in a heartbeat.

I understand that these recruits made the decision to play for Bob Huggins...but every recruit should know that coaching changes are a part of the business. They must consider the coach at the school, but they ultimately need to pick the university that fits them best...the university isn't going anywhere.
