Actually, I have to boo it at one level because they were SEC representative in that game and almost managed one helluva comeback once they decided to bother playing. Come bowl season, I root for all SEC teams.

I look at it this way:

If it's a team that I don't like, I root against them, and if they lose I'm happy. If they win, they just happen to boost our conference rating. It's a win-win situation.

me too, but in this case, and i had money on GA covering that awful spread mind you, it was funny cause they never stopped showing the fans reaction in the 1st half....and after all the hell we took losing in the peach bowl debacles, it was kind of funny for a HUGE favorite in GA get punked by arguably the WEAKEST conf. champion.....

Hurt the SEC, yeah, maybe. Hurt UGA fans...definitely....
