Yes, most likely. An NFL QB would have put that ball up high. That throw was an interception if the DB turned at all.

Was the ball thrown lower than it should? It was. Should it have been caught by an average or better receiver? It absolutely should have. Hunter looks lazy at times and seems to take plays off. That's inexcusable.
