I am so thankful for Heupel and this coaching staff. They have performed miracles in less than 2 years. It is so nice to have a coach and staff that can coach up players. I can wait to see what they can build over the next couple of years. I am equally thankful we did not hire that crazy azz, Mike Leach. Every time I see an interview he has done, I swear I think he is smokin crack. He is a nut. JMHO GO VOLS!

I am also grateful to be 7-0 and still have a chance to win the SEC and compete in the playoffs. I see a lot of people talking about the future. I'm optimistic about the future, too. But the truth is we don't know what the future holds. We could be looking back on this point a few years from now and thinking that this was our best chance in recent history. I hope we will continue to play at a high level and win as many as we can this season.

I am so thankful for these players that worked their butts off under these coaches to get to where they are. At the front of it all is the leadership of HH. My memory may have faded some, but that dude has quickly become my favorite qb to wear orange.

I am thankful too for our coaching staff and Athletics Department, and not just for the wins. Character, culture, and accountability are also tops. Our DB sat for two games while investigations were completed that ultimately cleared him of wrong-doing, in hitting a guy that came into his apartment, uninvited and reportedly drunk. Bama's wide receiver hit a woman, a bystander in a 'public place' (albeit the football field after our big win last week), which was distributed via TicToc, and he played the next week 'cause Saban "... didn't think [suspending him] was necessary." UT football is back, head and shoulders above so many others, and not just in the WIN column.
