i was served an alcoholic beverage when on vacation with my parents when i was that age. i ordered a virgin pina colada or something. it does happen. i drank it before they realized it was alcoholic. i think my parents found it more humorous than anything though.

Are you insinuating that someone might fabricate a story for attention and money? That's crazy.

I spilled hot McDonald's coffee on me yesterday. You think I have a case?

I just hope they have video or at least the order ticket to show that the mom ordered the drink.

Will follow this story as I suspect you might see some charges brought if it turns out to be a hoax/setup.

My parents fed me Mai Tais in Austin tx when I was 12 once for funsies. I now look at it as getting my liver primed up early

Surprised that a lawyer would actually reach that conclusion... or I should say, would openly admit that it is a possibility that people do take advantage of situations.

Remember the piece of knoxville trash that made headlines after the coffee incident that sued McDonalds because a hot pickle fell and burned her vaginal region, and then her husband sued for "lack of services"? I wonder what those two idiots are up to now?
