Doc was unbeatable in his time. He was a lock for BB's Hall of Fame until the poison powder got to him. Damn shame!

I recall he resembled Denzel Washington...and his habit was he'd....hold onto that ball an extra half- second.....staring a batter right in the eye..............then bring it.

Doc Gooden doesn't know when to quit! He needs to be dried out!
Don't know how may times he's been tried for drug abuse and it only seems to get worse. Cocaine and other drugs can be a habit, just like alcohol and cigarettes, excpet alcohol and cocaine and other major drugs can kill one.
Doc was a very good pitcher in his time.
