I know it's still a long way to NSD, but I'm getting impatient about not having any commits in a long time.

- Leifheit to UNC
- Made up ground on James and Green, but UGA and UF could still be their leaders
- Cullen loved his weekend but will still take other visits
- Elam is apparently solid to UF again
- Not confident that we blew Luc away, and I'd guess UF still leads
- Riley seemed to have a great visit but he really seems interested in USC now
- I think we're behind Bama and Miami for Kouandjio and behind Bama and Ole Miss for Robinson
- Haven't heard anything in a while about Quarles, Lemonier, Moses, or Wright - hope we're still in it for these guys

Sorry about the freak out - maybe I just need a little reassurance that this staff will get it done by Feb

I honestly wouldn't trade this staff of recruiters for any in the nation. They WILL get it done. Not only will they snag bigtime recruits, but they will find the diamonds in the rough.

I was never high on Leifhart from the beginning. We should land Cullen, considering he was very close to committing on Sat. He will be one of the biggest commits considering immediate impact. Just be patient... we will lock down a top 5 class for sure. GO VOLS!!!

Montori Hughes was found by Fulmer's staff. Kiffen even said he didn't know where they found him but they were glad they did, just so ya know

I believe in this staff too, when it comes to recruiting. We need about 4 more O-line. Two of those need to be JUCO. The reason I quoted you is Kiffin actually gave Fulmer credit for this find. I know this to be true, I work with his cousin. But Orgeron coached him up, but he is very talented.

Don't get too impatient. Cullen and James will be Vols. In addition, I would be more than surprised if Riley isn't a Vol.

Elam demonstrates classic traits of bi-polar disorder. I'm not sure what's going on with him.

Luc was going to be tough to pull to begin with. Don't be disappointed is he does not sign with the Vols -- and don't be surprised if ends up being a Gator.

I think we'll be pleasantly surprised with Quarles.

We still have a lot of time to work on Lemonier and Joyner. We're recruiting Moses, but there's a couple of guys we'll take ahead of him.

We still have a lot of time until Feburary.

I wouldnt be suprised to see some 11' class guys commit soon. I believe we will land some talented guys but some of these kids are going to wait for NSD for the publicity. I am pumped for the Army game and the UA game. Look 4ward to having some future vols make commits on natl tv!

Montori Hughes is slowly becoming my favorite newcomer to this team. I really liked Nuke because he spurned Florida to sign with UT, but Hughes is great.

He stripped "Superman" of the ball and created a big turnover at the Swamp... He ALWAYS is trying to pump up the crowd...I saw him on the sidelines congratulating the offense, jumping around...being PUMPED.

Coach O gets credit for a lot of that... but I'm happy this staff gave Hughes his chance and that he'll be around for 3 more years :)
