I thought it was a personal foul in real-time. But after watching the replay, I think there's at least a chance that Henry was just trying to not trip over the other Bama player who was laying on the field next to Hendon. I do agree that a flag probably would've been thrown if the uniforms had been reversed.
To me, the best retort to Bama's whining about a supposed missed targeting foul goes back to last year's game, when Bama was not called for it after a blatant hit that literally knocked some of Hendon's teeth out. I don't recall any Bama players, coaches or fans (and certainly not the referees) being the least bit concerned about that. If they were okay with that, then they shouldn't have a problem with anything that wasn't called last week.
