There really is NO excuse.

We lost Washpun, Woolridge, and Tatum.

All these Sophomores on our team now, had a lot of playing time last year.

I feel like we basically have the same team. If Stokes leaves, I really hope we get better next season but it WILL not be pretty.

We are no younger than some of the teams we faced. Georgetown and Virginia both have young players as well so this is ridiculous. I'm not sure what Martin is doing in practice to prepare these guys on offense but it's not working. Either way, regardless what Martin does in practice, we are going to continue shooting until we show more consistency. We can't hit an outside shot to save our lives and seeing these types of defenses is going to limit Stokes touches. Martin has to open the offense up more and run more set stuff to get him touches.

Probably practice dunking. That brings ESPN highlights. It is doubtful they practice foul shots that can win games. Middle school girls can make 70% of FT. Our high powered athletes are lucky to make 50% and lose the Georgetown game as a result.
