evil speech..............

Thank the good lord that the gov't is here to help us!

The most terrifying words in the English language are: I'm from the government and I'm here to help.

Themes from the speech:

1. Not doing it my way = not doing anything
2. We can cover everyone, lower costs and improve quality without raising the deficit (and then monkeys will fly out of my butt)
3. Insurers are bad and need "competition" from the gubment
4. Doctors are doing unecessary stuff because of greed
5. Trust the gubment to fix you problems.

Wrong. Did you not hear the speech to the kids? This will be all about YOU being responsible for YOUR healthcare. Shape up or ship out, there's a new POTUS in town.

A democrat talking about education when they 100% control it and over half the kids can't read or write!

first thing we need to get rid of is overpaid local public employees.

convincing Americans of the need for health care reform.

A false premise from the CNN article. People are not against reform nor do they think there is no need for reform. They are against deeper government involvement and the inevitable growth in entitlements that comes with this particular reform.

Exactly, and as much as LG loves to cite examples of FOX or other right leaning media he chooses not to see the way in which the media that leans left frames the debate according to their views. If you listened to MSNBC and other networks you would be led to believe those on the right want no reform what so ever, which couldn't be further from the truth.

But LG doesn't see his heros from the networks falsely framing the debate, they are simply doing what is right in his eyes.
