I don't like Hart. What are the qualifications Universities look for in an AD?

Because he has done nothing for our Athletics Program thusfar. Why was he hired and what is the basic standard Universities look for when doing an AD search? Because I'm not sure they followed it on the hill with the last two AD hires.

he inherited the worst FB coach ever in the SEC. his basketball coach took over a program that was left in bad shape by pearl. his HOF womens basketball coach has a terrible disease and had to step down. the baseball team is recovering from the worst coach ever in the SEC. the athletic department was is in bad financial shape when he took over.


please tell me what you would do.

I don't like gas grills, I prefer charcoal. What are the requirements and qualifications for the best charcoal smoker. Gas grills do nothing for me.

There seems to be a lot of hate for the sake of hating regarding Hart...there have been no glaring missteps so far during his tenure...He's doing a good job people...let him work :zeitung_lesen:

I hope Butch plays out because I love his personality and the fact UT needs some consistency for once at the HC position. However, it'll be 2-3 years at least before we know how good of a coach he is. Everyone was all aboard the Dooley train when he was hired too.

I dont think its debatable that CBJ is a good football coach. It does however remain to be seen if he can take us to the promise land. Nothing about Derek Dooley said he was good football coach. He had a losing record at La Tech.

Got news for you. Hart doesn't like you either. Besides he is far more personable than Dickey ever thought about.

From time to time I see Vol fans bashing Hart and I, from an objective perspective, wonder why! To me, the worst you can say about Hart is the jury is still out!

To be fair, Hart inherited a program that was at rock bottom. Dooley, baseball down, basketball down, financial issues, etc. etc. What in the world could Hart have done any better? The cause of most of these issues go back to one person and that is MIKE HAMILTON. I don't see how anyone can fairly evaluate Hamilton and not say this. I suppose you could place some blame on the UT Chancellor as well. Hamilton set back the entire AD at least ten years and that is a fact.

Just like CBJ, people need to give Hart some time. The problems Hamilton caused cannot be fixed in a few years it is going to take much longer than most people expect.

Don't know if you are serious but for lump charcoal the "Big Green Egg" is hard to beat. The the place setter accessory. There are other smokers that work about the same and prices vary so check around.
