I don't think this really changes much in that area. Like BPV said, the whole ground and pound strategy makes us scary. There will be some sloppy attempts, but all that does is net us some more dead terrorists.

Doubt the nuke story is true, but if so, god help them or anybody else caught in the backfire that would result. The gloves would most definitely come off at that point.
