I don't think this really changes much in that area. Like BPV said, the whole ground and pound strategy makes us scary. There will be some sloppy attempts, but all that does is net us some more dead terrorists.

I don't see how we would alter the MO from where it is now, it's not as if we're going to be slinging Nuclear ICBMs around the world as a response.
