I feel sorry for Dobbs

Pretty hard to complete passes when your over rated offensive offers you no protection.

The only thing Dobbs has brought to the table is the occasional ability to run, but he then fumbles. Worley had better control of the offense, could check into the right play without looking to the sideline, and everything else. People whined about Worley missing receivers, but Dobbs gets a pass (no pun intended) for the same crap? I don't think so. Worley dealt with the same line and receivers as Dobbs.

Dobbs is a true freshman making his first ever start, I'm giving him an excuse for that.

So that wasn't Dobbs coughing up the ball twice, should've been picked another and overthrows including deep near the goal line? He's doing some positive things but have some perspective.

Perspective should have used last week when way too many people put way too much stock into what Dobbs did against Alabama.

Well yeah
......

I mean Smith finally caught a ball and then the phantom tackle.....

His numbers really are not that bad ....

but He does need a lot of help.

Worley had what, 7 pass attempts prior to this year and a whopping 20 mins of action? He was a first time starter and people were calling for his head then. People were complaining before his first start this year. Dobbs gets the same scrutiny.

What? Worley had 110 attempts coming into the year, and started 3 games his freshman season.

Palardy is our most valuable player. Feel sorry for him, he brings his A game every game this year.

It's dobbs job Now. Get used to it. He's not the problem. Thrown for more yards tonight than Worley did in any game. Made a couple mistakes but Worley made a ton. Blame the o line, Neal , and the D

Also completed 62% of his passes, something Worley never dreamed of doing.

Who gives a damn about upside if they miss out on a bowl game again?
We went to a bowl game during Kiffin's year here, and got killed. How did that help us the next year? We went to a bowl game during Dooley's first year, and lost. How did that help us in 2011?

Dobbs has no running game to lean on (other than himself) offensive line is getting dominated. he's doing all he can and I can respect that.

I bet if you would have got hit like that, you would have dropped your nuts!

And I bet you would crap your pants if you would talk to Jones about how he should've started Dobbs and you know more than he does. Completely irrelevant argument. You're just mad that I'm not swooning over Dobbs like most on here when he got his ass beat.

BS... He couldn't do **** without the other 10 guys on the field, get over your man crush!

Huh? Can't throw it and catch it. Running for his damn life most if the game. Not him jumping offsides 5-6 times. Sure as hell not him getting gashed on defense and missing 2-3 tackles per play. If the other 10/21players on the field were playing worth a damn we wouldn't be getting embarrassed on national tv.... again.

He has gotten zero support from ALL of the other 21 starters. The TN offensive has absolutely sucked. I can see why Alex Bullard couldn't start for Notre Dame. Two false start penalties...really? Josh Smith has proven his ability to drop yet another wide open pass in a second consecutive week. Rajion Neal, have a seat. You have shown the inability to run it up inside all season and it stands true in this game. This team has once again tightened up and choked. Hopefully Dobbs with build upon his performance in this game and lead Tennessee to 2 victories in the next 3 games. Hopefully he can be the shining lead in spite of a lackluster supporting cast.

How about Marquez North and pig? You think they aren't doing their part? They have been huge for us this year and without them we don't have one win right now. We have issues but we do have players giving their all for us right now
