Yes. I equate them to the IRS of collegiate sports. They make up more rules than anyone can keep up with, just because they know the rules will be broken and they can enforce them at will. That's what happens when there's no overhead and no checks and balances system.

That's exactly where it's headed within the next ten years unless NCAA backs off some of their BS. That is what the super conferences are being created for. Schools are getting tired of it.
