That when the new coach gets here he does is best to keep this instate talent at home. After watching a few of these state championship games I think that our state has more talent than given credit for that we have missed over the years. Not just in Memphis and West Tn but also in east Tn and the Knoxville area and in Blount County. There may not be enough to build a national championship team with but I think you can get enough guys each year to fill your roster and compete.

While I love having local and in-state players on our team, there is no way you can " fill your roster and compete" in the SEC with in state players. Just not enough of them. At best, maybe 10-12 players a year in state are good enough to help our program.
