Lake County's #5 Derrick Swift hits a 75-foot shot to send the game into overtime in the BlueCross Boys Basketball Championships TSSAA Division 1 Class 1A Quarterfinals. The Lake County Falcons go on to beat the Booker T. Washington Warriors in OT, 79-77, inside the Murphy Center on the campus of Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN.

I saw former UT football player (also Oak Ridge and Bearden coach) Bill Young do this in high school a long time ago. He took an inbound pass and turned around and threw it almost like a football. He was a very talented guy.

I know I'll get jumped on for saying this, but this reminds me a LOT of Parsons' shot to win it against NC State last year. Missed free throw, then a 75-foot running shot.

Awesome shot.
