tournament especially when he is in the lead and the media spends 90 percent of their coverage on him and how wonderful he is and then he falls apart. That's happened quite a few times the last few years. I used to be a big Tiger fan.

Yea considering it was his tournament with 18 guys that he lead for 3 days with a dramatic finish it was dumb of those silly networks.

Yeah... He really fell apart today when the other guy jarred it from 100 yards to tie him.

Maybe it's just because I've played so much, but I can't stand watching anybody blow a short par putt.

Tiger does nothing on the weekends anymore. That's why he can't win a major.

It is a little perplexing what has happened the past couple of years at majors. I still wouldn't bet against him

considering he wins about 95% of the time with the lead, can't imagine why they would spend anytime on him

oh, yeah

when he plays their ratings improve dramatically

because he can pull off incredible shots, and people recognize they are watching one of the greatest golfers ever, so they want to see him play

He wins 100% of the time when he has the lead at the end. But, the last few years, he loses the lead on the weekend-especially in majors.

He used to pull of some incredible shots and putts. He's nowhere near where he used to be. But, he doesn't have to win many to keep padding that bank account.:p

True. He actually gives all his tour winnings to charity I believe.

He's the #1 player in the world. He didn't exactly fall off the map.

No, he didn't fall off the map. I'm just not a Tiger fan. Partly, the fault of the slurpy media and mostly because I like a few other golfer better.

He's got to win majors to be considered the #1 player in my book. Right now I consider Mickelson, Scott, or McIlroy.

I believe that is what they said during the TV coverage. I believe a lot of his money is tied up with Berkshire Hathaway-he mentioned that a few years ago in an interview.

I think it's just that one tournament, which is commendable.

I cheer for him during the Ryder cup or if rory is leading, no other times. But he's still the best golfer in the world. Way better than jack.

Oh boy. Now you started a whole other discussion. He still hasn't passed Jack and Jack won his last major at 46. Jack had the greatest golf swing of all time. Held up under pressure. Also, Jack was and still is a great ambassador for the game.
