I like that our qb's seem to have a good relationship

Last year with Hooker/Milton and now this year with Milton/Nico.

Nico on Mitlon: “I’ve been over there (to his house) a lot, just playing a video game, hanging out or watching film and breaking stuff down. I’ve been over there a couple hundred times. … I think me and Joe, we just clicked. When I first got here, he literally – I felt he just took me in as his own. He comes from a big family, I come from a big family, so maybe that plays some part in it … but we’ve got a cool bond, man. We’ve got a cool bond and it’s special.”

“Really the way he just throws the ball, man. The way he throws the ball is so effortless and it’s beautiful when you see it up front. So really just improving on that. I feel like I’m going to get to that level. Once I get there, man, I can’t wait to see what it looks like.”

“My trust has always been in him. I know he’s going to go out there and get the job done and really just having him there has just been great for me. I think all of the guys have the same belief as me in him and he shows that every day.”

THIS is one of the keys to the kingdom...it is something that you NEVER heard about from Pruitt, Jones, Dooley, or even Kiffin so much.
Having guys build relationships early and set the expectation is paramount...I really do believe it's one thing that did Jones in at the end.
Once the seniors started moving on, the underclassmen didn't have the expectation.
