Well said. 12.

For the record, I think Shula is a good choice for Bama. I know alot of people don't like him, but I think he can make things happen if Bama fans will let him.

As for Fulmer, he is a VERY special coach and friend.

I really appreciate what CPF has done. My only small request would be that we occasionally put people away when we can instead of letting them hang around by our getting a bit too conservative protecting a lead.

Fulmer is absolutely outstanding and I wouldnt trade him off for ANY other coach ANYWHERE!... not only coach fulmer but everyone on the coaching staff. Great class and very great individual people. It all starts with fulmers attitude though.

The thing about Fumler I like is, I think each he grows and improves as a head coach. For example, I think last year was one of his best coaching jobs since he took over.

I never really had the same feeling about Majors in that respect.......

I honestly would take our coach over any other in the country if it was possible to trade....

i agree he did some of his best coaching last year, although i think that i would give alot of that credit to Troop.....still i have respect for the man, at times too conservative..and i think he must have some kind family ties to the damn Clausens

Ever consider the glass half full, instead of half empty? Them damn Clausens have tie's to Knoxville, UT, and if they play a little football CPF has no reason to Not take a look to the future of his program.

I did "as a player" and coach that sorta lead towards the future.
But asked about jersey retirements (im NO fan of) he couldnt accept it, Just bring up Atkins#91 or actualy the no comment honors.
Has Majors completely lost it, Is his mental state that Bad off? If this is the case id strongly advise someone condescendingly speak on his behalf . If thats possible? He does tend to enjoy the taste of his own foot. :dunno:

I think at the time most fell in love with the idea of majors coming home to coach the team he starred on. Any man who lives to see his dream come true then end as a nightmare would be bitter. He has my sympathy that things didnt work out, but life goes on and why hes still so bitter I dont know.

Back to the original topic.......

While watching Inside the Orange last night, I was impressed with the way Coach Fulmer continuously took the spotlight off of himself and directed it back to the team and the players. He has a sense of humor and a quiet confidence that I would be proud for my son ( if I had one) to be influenced by. I know he was probably kissing up to the camera a little bit, but I have never heard any reports of CPF being mean and abusive to his staff or players.
