He's got a calming sense and voice, and he's not near as annoying as Cornheiser, Corso, etc., etc.

Gottfried is a good comentator. He is always positive. Never puts anyone down. I like to listen to him on the show he's on with Danny, and Jim, on CSS, Talking Football.

He always sounds like he's drunk to me.

It's his delivery - he slurs some and gasps for breath too. :biggrin2:

Why they took him off prime time and put him on espn 2 is the worst moveespn has done in a long time. He was great with Franklin.

Why did they seperate Mike and Ron? I could watch anygame they called on a Saturday night. I onced watched the Mich/Minnesota game just because they were calling it. I just don't get it.

I haven't watched Danny Sheridan's show this year because Mike hasn't been on it either. It's been a strange season for me. Oh well. :shakehead:

He coached Pitt from 1986-1989 until he was fired for going 26-17-2 (.600).
He takes up for all coaches because he was a coach that got canned. Don't listen to him, he took up for Zook till the end.

Kind of like Kieth Jackson and Bob Griese. I couldnt understand why ABC didnt put them together when Jackson came back.
