I think we’re going to get another shot at UGA, and in a neutral site—we’ll be ready

Hooker is the best player in the country. He choked today. This wasn’t Hendon Hooker that beat Alabama and Florida and LSU. He overthrew those deep balls. Hooker allowed UGA to get the momentum.

I think he knows that.

But if we get another chance to play UGA, I think Hooker will be ready. Neutral environment—I think we win the one that matters. I wasn’t really impressed with their offense. Their defense certainly got pressure, but I think in the big one—we’ll have a game plan to make them pay for committing to the blitz.

We let these cheese balls have their dub here led by the king cheese ball. I’d rather take the big win. We’re still in it. What we need is Ohio state or Michigan to wax the other. We also need Georgia to win in the SEC championship game, and I think we also could use a little security from Texas beating TCU next week or Utah beating Oregon.

I feel like it’s going to happen. Proud of this team and I think we should come out absolutely wrecking these last 3 schools.

We would have been better at home but we can’t play every game at home. Very impressed with Georgia. But still getting we win out. Go vols let’s pull for some upsets

We will get another shot at UGA. Next time will be neutral field and they won’t have the same atmosphere. TCU plays at Texas next week. And Ohio State and Michigan still gotta play. If UT takes care of business rest of the way we getting in. Need UGA to beat LSU. If LSU beats UGA then LSU will be 1st 2 lose team to get in and UGA would be in at 12-1.

Did you notice Bennett didn't throw any once the rain started falling?
There are reasons for that....
1) His team already had a lead.
2) Wet footballs are turnover machines.

Hooker wasn't ready?? haha
Where was he supposed to throw the wet football? There were no passing lanes, open receivers, nor would the ball get there accurately most of the time because of the said rain. And even if when it did what happened with Bru and Tillman TWICE? Ball slipped right threw their hands on 3rd down.

A couple of truths:
1) Better team won today
2) Tennessee IS still one of the few teams that could beat UGA on even circumstance.
3) Samford Stadium was rocking for their guys.
4) Rain was a death trap for a team needing to fight back.
5) Heupel needs to learn and adjust from this. This loss was more on him than Hooker...

Yes, I want another shot at them with 3 weeks to prepare, but let's just please understand we lost to a better team...

Georgia is the better team, & we relied on our offense TOO MUCH this whole season! It worked on Bama & other teams, but not GA. We could not get ANY PRESSURE on their QB & our defense just didn't tackle well. We were rattled by that crowd! The flags were terrible & cost us points in the red zone. GA got 20 pressures on Hooker & 6 sacks. Our OL just could not handle it & Hooker needed to scramble some & he missed on the few chances our WR & TE got open.
