Wisconsin is #7 in the BCS....Ohio State #8. Today the Badgers beat the snot out of Northwestern and Ohio State throttled Michigan. The highest ranked BCS team gets the Rose Bowl shot. My point is..we all know it comes down to money and tv ratings and fan base travel. Who do you think the BCS wants in the Rose Bowl...the Badgers or Buckeyes? Who brings more money? Bottom line is Wisconsin put 70 points up today....but I feel they will fall behind Ohio State in the next poll. Just my gut instinct.

First off, screw the Big 10 for their unbalanced conference scheduling.

Secondly, Wisconsin travels as well as Ohio State, and they haven't been to Pasadena in a while.

Lastly, you're probably right about OSU being a bigger TV draw.

In summary, screw the Big 10.

Michigan State is the Big 10 team that's getting ready to get jobbed. IIRC, they beat Wisconsin, who beat Ohio St. Yet it's probably going to be Wisconsin to the Rose Bowl (which is fine) and Ohio State to the Sugar Bowl, where they will get thrashed one more time. Perhaps their bowl could borrow the moniker from the Ole Miss/Miss State rivalry game because that's typically what they do....lay a big ol' egg.

Bcs rankings aren't based off "wants". That's why the system replaced the old bowl selection process.

The only team that's screwed is michigan state. They're stuck playing in the citrus bowl.

I'll wait and see who their opponent is before I go on record saying they'd lay an egg, knowing their luck it'll be TCU who does not need to be in the picture at all or the Big East Champ

Michigan State is the team that's going to get screwed.

But really, everyone is being screwed. Neither the Big East nor the ACC has a single team that deserves to be in the BCS. The WAC has three teams that would win the Big East.

The team I feel sorry for is whoever draws UConn as their opponent in a BCS bowl.

Badgers hung 153 points up in just 2 games...Never heard of that 2 game total in the modern era..That's just 36 less than Vandy's whole season...IMO Wisconsin won't get passed

Listening to Ben Maller right now, said he's got early BCS projections that say Ohio State will be jumping Wisconsin in tomorrow's standings.
