Any thoughts on this? He is not playing anyway after the knee surgery. He could help in the paint next season. Go vols!

You could but what exactly does he bring next season but a fresh body and 5 extra fouls. I was on the Miller high horse when he announced he was transferring in but he will likely contribute nothing.

Seeing as Dwight is already a redshirt senior, he would have to get a medical redshirt 6th year in order to play next year. I don't know what the prospects would be for him to get that.

Not sure what the complaint is, but I liked what I saw out of Miller last year. I would love to have him next year if at all possible. 3rd year in the system and finally getting his chance to contribute. Would be great for him and the team.

There was a lot of reasons to get excited about Miller. One, Jamie Dixon is pretty amazing and he wanted the kid so something had to of been there. Also, when he bounced from Pitt and went the JUCO route, he was rated as one of the top 10 best JUCOs in the country. We still haven't seen any of that. I was thinking he just had a poor work ethic and was lazy because before he got hurt, he was in the dog house. Yemi, who was extremely raw, took his minutes. If anything, I really thought Miller would challenge for Halls minutes but it never happend.

Wondering if maybe they consider this for Maymon as well if his knee issue lingers way into the season. Would soften the blow of losing Nichols.

Well you need to redshirt one of the 2. You're going to have the best backcourt in the country next year. It would help to have some help in the paint to go with that.

He's a fifth year senior. He'd have to be injured all year and then ask for the NCAA to get a sixth year.

Definitely no to Dwight, I feel we definitely could find a prospect with equal talent and could atleast coach him up under Zo.

I've said it before, I'm for the Maymom redshirt depending on when he's 100% and where we stand with our record.

Also, I'm not even sure Dwight would be interested in that. He's an intelligent you man, and I assume on pace to graduate, of guess he's ready to get his post basketball life started.

Hey Guys, I know money talks, but do you think our chances are better that Stokes stays another year if Maymon redshirts? Another year together?

I don't think it'd hurt the chances of him returning, legitimate top 10 team likely if those 2 return, could be enticing.
