Especially the "instant gratification" comment.

Its going to take a while to dig ourselves out of the ditch that lazy Phil (not motivated Phil - different people), Kiffin and especially Dooley dug for us. Our SEC schedule doesn't help us... we'd be 8-4 or better in some conferences this year... but it is what it is.
