Not really surprised to see Bielema already on the hot seat at #5... but Saban is #14???

I doubt his seat is even mildly lukewarm.

At 7.3 million. It's warm to justify the cost now. No doubt he is worth that. He is the best college coach right now and has won. But at that cost he better bring home the national championship every year or people may start burning that seat.

Mark Richt is at 47. I know he has a great record, but I think the UGa fans want a championship. He is like Phil Michelson before he won a major. Nice fella, but can't win the big one. I would put him in the top 10.

I think he is more like Sergio Garcia. Never won a major, but sometimes gets close. When he does get close, it all self implodes somehow.

So let me get this straight, Saban is #14, Petrino is on the hot seat before even coaching a single game at Louisville and Richt is at #47. Whomever made this list is obviously on drugs or severely mentally challenged.

It hasn't changed much (if at all) since bowl games. Saban lost final 2 games of the season (Auburn, Oklahoma).

If the end of last season is the determining factor of the "hot seat", what is Richt doing in the high 40s?

Yeah, Richt is definitely on the hot seat. Nick Satan is no where near the hot seat. I could see putting him on the high end of the "safe for now" category merely based on the fact that he coaches at Alabama and any coach at Alabama is a couple of bad seasons away from being on the hot seat. I would switch Richt and Satan so that Richt is # 14 on the list and Satan is # 47.
