Favre has been my fantasy QB for many seasons, and I'd sooner eat my arm than trade him out for Rogers.

That said, my fantasy squad is being shelled today.

Next time you see the Wrangler Jeans commercial with Favre in it, watch for the first throw he makes in the fictional backyard football game. The throw is hilarious and goes straight up in the air.

i think his reaction after the game says all that needs to be said about the Packers' start to the season. they are officially a factor in the NFC.

Personally, I am glad. Watching Favre spiral down into suckdom was kind of depressing for me.

Let's see brett play more than 3 games before we declare him back. The stats show over the past 2 years he's thrown the most uncatchable balls of any qb in the nfl and has thrown more ints than tds.

And how many times in the past 2 years was he running for his life right when he got the snap? Packers o-line has been horrible...

Aaron Rodgers will NEVER be a full time starter in the NFL...at least not for long....

Aaron Rodgers = Akili Smith....

Man, Favre is just killing the Packers. They've got to get Rodgers in there soon or their season is toast.

he's been throwing behind a crew of never will be's to a crew and never should have been drafted types. I suppose Rogers would have been drilling those in there and marauding the playoffs.

All Favre did was account for 95% of Green Bay's first half yardage.

enjoyed those two game killing INTs against the bears. glad to see the farve of 05 and 06 is back.

Yeah, I'm sure that piece of garbage Cal alum would have the Packers sitting at 5-0.

One was the hail mary that was almost caught. Tedford does do a great job though of grooming career backups.

Matt Schaub was unproven. Someone thought enough of him to trade for him. Nobody thinks enough of Rodgers to take a chance.

Or the packers might actually like the kid. notice they haven't used a first day pick for a QB since they drafted rodgers. kind of strange when your starting qb is 90 years old if you have a lousy backup don't ya think?

When Brett Favre isn't forced to account for 95% of Green Bay's offense, he won't throw any more interceptions.

Drafting another QB would probably make Brett retire at this point. He was seriously considering it if there weren't some improvements made to the team. If the Packers really want a QB, they'll be one available in the draft when Brett rides off to the Hall of Fame as the winningest QB of all time.
